Associates is a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) under the
laws of the State of Missouri, established to provide consulting
and interim replacement resources in student services administration
to institutions of higher education. The corporate principal
is Ronald J. Gordon, EdD. Read his Personal

We provide
research and development services to colleges and universities
in the areas of assessment and course placement. We have worked
with more than 20 colleges to assist in the development of
computerized placement systems using ACCUPLACER® or COMPASS®
.
We can
also provide short-term, interim or substitute management
for student services programs in cases of staff turnover,
illness, or vacations.
The services
we provide include:
- Facilitate
faculty and staff discussions to select assessment instruments
and design placement systems
- Develop placement
rules in the computerized placement programs, including
rules that weight test scores according to pre-selected
student characteristics and behaviors
- Conduct research
to validate tests and cut scores, as well as the effectiveness
of weighted placement systems
- System maintenance,
troubleshooting, corrections and adjustments – annual
maintenance contracts available
Our headquarters
are in Aurora, Missouri. We can be contacted via e-mail, FAX,
